Delete your shalwa account
shalwa is made by Abdulla Alhashmi Marketing Management, Dubai. You can ask us to delete your account at any time, in the app or here.
How it works
Either way, we delete your account within 30 days of your request.
On this page
Send us the phone number you sign in with and an email address. Before we delete anything, we contact you on that number to confirm the request is yours.
What we delete
- Your name, phone number and the email address you added.
- Your vehicles, licence plates and the car connections linked to them.
- Your location, motion and car-connection data.
- Your device details, diagnostics, notification tokens and in-app analytics.
What we keep
Your Wallet and transaction records — top-ups, sessions and receipts — for 5 years, because UAE tax and accounting law requires it.
Your deletion request and any support messages, for 12 months after we have dealt with them, so we can show we acted on them.
Withdraw any remaining Wallet balance first, or ask us and we'll refund it.
